Did a great job of giving definitions of terms, functions, classifications, requirements and documents. I think if I'd had this book earlier in my process, I would have understood my situation with less effort and time spent. Couldn't find any info at the local library. Glad to have found this one. Very informative and easy to understand.
While this book contains some information, it is not worth the price. Almost half the book is simply copies of blank forms. I still have many questions, many of which are NOT addressed in this book. What are duties of guardian, (annual audit, plan of care, etc)?
Disappointed, because still unsure, and now out another $40.
this book is designed for a narrow niche audience, and I found it useful, even though my situation (power of attorney) is somewhat different. The definitions of legal terms were particularly useful.
